Rackheath Village Hall is available to hire for your event, whether it be for a small meeting, amateur dramatic shows, a fitness class or even a wedding reception.
Rackheath Village Hall is run completely independently by a willing small band of trustees committed to providing the village with a facility for many groups and individuals to enjoy. The main hall holds 150+ and has a stage and outdoor patio area (kitchen facilities are included). There is a further smaller room which can be hired separately, if required.

RVH is available to hire from 0830 to Midnight.
RVH is unable to be hired Mondays 0830 - 1230.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation submitted within seven (7) days or less will require payment in full.
Please be aware that the following changes apply for any NEW Private Function bookings:
Minimum booking of three (3) hours
£100 Damage Deposit required
Please also be aware that hirers looking to book a regular slot will be asked for payment upfront and a £100 refundable damage desposit for the first session. A three (3) month trial period will be in effect before the booking is extended.
Even if your preferred booking dates are unavailable, please get in contact as we may still be able to accommodate your request.
Calendar will only display the next six months of bookings, if you wish to book your event for more than six months' time, please contact us.
Please be aware that there may be a 15 minute crossover period where users may be at the hall at the same time.
Regular users of the hall during February, June and October may experience minor disruption to their bookings due to pre-agreed event bookings.
